1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all players. Continued use of the Server constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms. We may update them at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the website or Discord.

2. Server Description

VibeTok Reborn is a free, community-driven Minecraft Survival Multiplayer (SMP) server. There are no paid ranks, no pay-to-win features, and no paid advantages of any kind. Everything is earned through gameplay and community participation.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must comply with Minecraft’s and Microsoft’s age and account requirements.
• You are responsible for all activity under your Minecraft account and any linked Discord account.
• Account sharing is not allowed. You are fully responsible for anything done on your account.

4. Code of Conduct

Players are expected to:

• Treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or toxicity are not allowed.
• Play fairly. Cheating, hacking, x-ray, duping, unfair client modifications, or exploiting bugs is prohibited.
• Respect other players’ builds and property. Griefing and stealing are not permitted (except in designated PvP or event areas).
• Keep chat appropriate. Excessive swearing, spam, advertising, or inappropriate content is not allowed.
• Follow staff instructions. Staff decisions during incidents are final.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following may result in immediate permanent bans:

• Using unauthorized client modifications, macros, bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage
• Duping items or intentionally exploiting game mechanics
• Griefing, raiding unprotected bases outside of agreed PvP rules, or destroying others’ builds without permission
• Sharing or requesting personal information of other players (doxxing)
• Impersonating staff or other players
• Advertising other servers or services without permission
• Real-world trading of in-game items for money or external goods
• Attempting to crash, lag, or disrupt the Server
• Any activity that violates Minecraft’s EULA, Microsoft’s terms, or applicable law

6. Builds, Claims & Land

• Players may claim land according to the Server’s claim system (if any). Respect claim boundaries.
• Unclaimed builds are not automatically protected. Protect your builds.
• Staff reserve the right to remove or modify builds that violate rules, are abandoned for extended periods, or interfere with server function.

7. Enforcement & Punishments

Staff may issue warnings, temporary mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans based on the severity of the violation and the player’s history. Appeals can be submitted through the official Discord. Staff decisions on appeals are final.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of original builds and creations you make on the Server.
• By playing, you grant VibeTok Reborn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, stream, or showcase server content (including builds) for promotional or community purposes.
• Do not create or upload content that infringes on others’ intellectual property.

9. Disclaimers

• The Server is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of uptime, data integrity, or uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for loss of items, progress, or data due to crashes, rollbacks, exploits, or player actions.
• Staff are volunteers and are not liable for decisions made in good faith while enforcing these Terms.
• VibeTok Reborn is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

10. Privacy

We may collect basic data necessary to operate the Server (such as Minecraft usernames, IP addresses for security purposes, and Discord IDs if linked). We do not sell personal data.
